He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Olsen and Betty Olsen; and his wife Carol B. Olsen. He is survived by: his children, James Olsen (Catherine), Kevin Olsen (Kim), Kelly Schuster (Ted), April Gauger (Terry), Rachel Juarez (Jose Morales) and Ann Moehling (Dan). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
