She was predeceased by: her spouse Thaduse "Ted" Bulatek; her son Brian Bulatek (Sue); her parents, Leo Mulak and Louise Mulak; and her siblings, Lloyd Mulak and Leona Mulak.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Repaskey (Don), Carol Bulatek, Lisa Bulatek and Kevin Bulatek (Colleen); her grandchildren, Matthew Repaskey (Debby), Kyle Repaskey (Regan), Alyssa Bulatek, Zachary Bulatek, Evan Bulatek and Emma Bulatek; and her great grandchildren, Selah, Hadley, Brynnley, Kase Repaskey, Aleksandra and Sydney Repaskey.
