Mullins (West Chicago, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John "Moon" Leroy Mullins; her children, Sue Wolf (Fritz), John (Suzette), Diane, Nancy (James), Mike (Jane), Danny (Suzie), Jimmy and Sheila Holcomb (Mark); and her friend Visa. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
