He is survived by: his children, Sean Frederick (Emily Redmond), Justin Frederick (Lauren Hudak), Ben Frederick and Alissa Cotton (Drew); his grandchildren, Brody, Avery, Emma, Andrew, Carter, Paige, Jordan and Alexander; and his siblings, Jim Frederick (Kathy), Marilyn White (Randy), Sue Fowler (Bob) and Patti Dowling. He is also survived by many brother-in-law trainees; and relatives and friends.
