She was predeceased by: her parents, Cristino Ortega and Maria Luisa Ortega; her husband Francisco; and her son Fred (Sue). She is survived by: her children, Dalia Suarez, Jesse Ruiz (Patricia), Mary Christine Cullotta (Carl) and Joel Ruiz; and her sisters, Elisa Palacios and Elibodia Rodriguez. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
