He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Antonio and Maria Addolorata De Nicolo; and his sister Domenica. He is survived by: his children, Amber Tonelli, Maria Antonia De Nicolo (Peter Cabo), Anthony De Nicolo and Andrew De Nicolo; his siblings, Maria Antonia De Nicolo (late Donato), Giuseppe (Pasqua) and Nick (Yolanda); and his grandchildren, Adria, Raffaella, Amara and Mason.
