He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Shultz and Martha Ida Shultz (Fuller); and his siblings, Carole Anne Fisher (late Richard) and Larry Shultz (Sheila). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Erik; and his siblings, Elnora Polacek (late Don), Loretta Rose (late Ora), Sussan Wahl (late Jerry) and Richard Shultz.
