She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Tinnes and Charlotte Tinnes; her husband Tim Akins; and her nephew Matthew P. Dwyer. She is survived by: her cousins, Gary and Karr (Liz); her daughter Trisha Engle (Eric) of Coal Valley; her stepdaughters, Jessica Hussey (Sean) of Ohio and Mandy Akins of Georgia; her sisters, Carol Dwyer (Mike) of Naperville and Christine Ianno (Santo) of West Chicago; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Charlotte, Maddy and Olivia; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Dwyer, Bryan Dwyer (Tracy), Mark Dwyer (Jennifer), Katie Bennetsen (Steven), Betsy Dwyer, Kimberly Ripperger (Corey), Rebecca Mueller, Elliott Tinnes (Christen), Kenneth Charles Tinnes (Lauren) and Kelly Lux (Paul). She is also survived by nineteen great-nieces and nephews; and numerous relatives and friends.
