We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2025, at the age of 93, Alexandra Chorobik of West Chicago, Illinois passed away. She was predeceased by: her husband Josef; and her sons, Chet and John. She is survived by: her children, Joe, Alexandra and Anna Whelan (Chris); her grandchildren, Dawn McQuillan (Tim), Kristen Paris (Tim), Eric Chorobik (Karina), Lauren Fritchen (Justin), Mark Chorobik (Jenny), Dave Chorobik, Cara Whelan and Kendra Whelan; and her great grandchildren, Courtney, Caitlin, Mason, Branden, Kattie, Alex, Noah and Everly. She is also survived by One of seven children, five sisters and a brother.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services (132 Fremont St, West Chicago, IL 60185). A prayer will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (164 N Oakwood Ave, West Chicago, IL 60185). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (720 E Washington St, West Chicago, IL 60185).
