He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barnickel and Minnie Barnickel (Zinke); his son Donald; and his sister Irene. He is survived by: his wife Marion Meisel of West Brooklyn; his children, Linda Hahn (Tim) of Seatonville, Earl Barnickel (Brenda) of Mendota, Gale Barnickel (Christina) of Compton, Mary Labriola (Michael) of West Brooklyn and Bette Peterson (Bruce) of Carmel, Indiana; his grandchildren, William Barnickel (Cassie), Brian Barnickel, Walter Barnickel, Marie Barnickel, Michelle Peterson (Matt Rupright), Danielle Peterson and David Peterson (Katie); and his great grandchild Brielle Barnickel.
