Hook; his sons, Joshua Flahaven (Tabitha) of Washington and Zachary Flahaven (Ginger) of LaGrange; his grandchildren, Larson, Sloane, Isabelle and Hollis; his sisters, Joan Work of Phoenix, AZ, Jane Nelson (Kevin) of St. Louis, MO, Carol Schinzel of Wenona, Mary Densberger of East Peoria and Janet Flahaven (Julie Howe) of Bella Vista, AR; his uncle Bernard Flahaven of Wenona; his mother-in-law Esther Hook of Wenona; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Sunken, Beth Hook and Craig Hook of Wenona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cumberland Cemetery Association.
