She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Murray and Anna B. Murray (Block); her son James Winter; her nephew Jackie Murray; and her brothers, Jack and Donald Murray.

She is survived by: her husband Roy William Winter; her daughters, Nancy Sunken (Jimbo) of Wenona and Joy Weide (Ed) of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Alaina, Jes Sunken, Derek and Michael Weide; her sister Iva Jean Jaegle of Wenona; and her sister-in-law Sue Murray of Edelstein.
