It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John P. Chromchak Jr. of Wenona, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chromchak and Anna Chromchak Sr. (Kinger); and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Black of Wenona; and his children, Lori Crone (Myron) of Streator, Teresa Park (Rick) of Wenona, Greg Chromchak (Amy Peters) of Wenona, Jennifer Hoehn (Jason) of La Salle and Julie Davis (Kristopher) of Wenona. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wenona Ambulance or Alzheimer's Association.
