He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Thomas and Darlene Thomas; and his grandparents, Dorothy and Willard Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Seipp; his stepchildren, Christopher Vivian (Michelle), Donnie Vivian and Laura Ann Foster; his siblings, Sally Renner (Rick) and Jack Thomas (Janice); his uncle Richard Thomas of Bloomington; and his aunt Carol Bausam of South Carolina. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
