He is survived by : his wife Susan Parker of Wenona; and his children, Dale Lee of Glen Oak, Nicole Lee of Orland Park, Brian Lee of Orland Park, Brandy Lee of Chicago, Brittany Parker of Wenona and Daniel Lee of Wenona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
