He is survived by: his children, Neil Shambaugh Jr., Mark Shambaugh (Robin), William Shambaugh, Kathy Christensen (Jim), Patty Shambaugh (Paul Dickey) and Paul Shambaugh; his grandchildren, Candice Shambaugh, Paige, Ashley Shambaugh, Caitlyn, Kelsey Christensen and Zach Wagers; his great grandchild Blakely Ann Carroll; and his brother Mike Shambaugh.
