He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Billings and Gladys Billings; his siblings, Jacqueline Skillman and Robert Billings; and his grandson Keagan Solleveld.
He is survived by: his children, Faith Messier (Bob) of South Dartmouth, MA, Brenda Fessler (Garry) of Wedron, IL, Kevin Billings (Tamra) of Seattle, WA, Jackie Hoxie (Kevin Kinser) of Seneca, IL, Gladys Solleveld of Seneca, IL and Donovan Billings (Nancy) of Bolingbrook, IL. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). The military honors will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
