He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Bette Appleton. He is survived by: his parents, Lance Appleton and DeAnne Appleton (Skinkle) of Wayne; his siblings, Laurel of Plainfield and Luke of Utica, Illinois; and his grandparents, Russell and Muriel Skinkle of Berne, Indiana. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
