He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Scull and Sylvia "Mae" Scull; his wife Sharon Lynn Weissing; and his sister Virginia Smith (Stan). He is survived by: his children, Heather Howland (Robbie) and Bradley Scull (Monica); and his sister Joan Cooper (Kent). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phil's memory to The Alzheimer's Association or Riverside Community Church.
