He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jage and Dorothy Jage; and his sister Collette. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Jage; his sons, Sam Jage and David Larson (Yuliya); his grandchildren, Mia and John Paul; and his sisters, Elaine and Donna. He is also survived by his family and friends.
