With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Morgan Francis McDonnell Jr. of Wayne, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anne and Morgan McDonnell, Sr.; his wife Kappo Hart; his daughters, Martha and Kit; and his siblings, Muffy Haley, Jim McDonnell, Mary Hull, Peter McDonnell and David McDonnell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wonderful equine rescue For the Love of a Slaughter Horse in Woodstock, IL, which reunited Morgan with one of his most loved horses.
