He is survived by: his significant other Kristina Benson; his children, Kinsley Kempiak, Keden Benson, Huntley Kempiak and Adrias Stanek; his parents, Bonnie J Kempiak and Gary R Kempiak; his siblings, Melrose Kempiak, Mozelle Kempiak, True Kempiak, Gary R Kempiak Jr., Jason Kempiak (Heidi), Levi Kempiak (Courtney), Colter Kempiak, Dallas Kempiak (Jen), Denver Kempiak (Elizabeth), Callahan Kempiak (Laciey) and Remington Kempiak (Leanne); and his grandparents, Deanna Pawl and John Baldwin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
