She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Lappin (Meyers) and Charles Franklin "Frank" Lappin; her husband Billy Ray Belmont; and her brother Donnie Lappin. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Bigley (Allen Bigley) of Ina and Ray Dean Belmont; her grandchildren, Drew Bigley (Ashley) of Coolidge, Lacy Truitt (Kristoffer) of Greenville, IL, Kevin Belmont (Alex) of Wayne City, IL and Mitch (Kristal) of Cisne, IL.; her great grandchildren, Lorena, Eliza of Coolidge, Konan, Kalista, Miles of Greenville, IL, Karter, Kellan of Wayne City, IL, James, Raelynn and Lainey; and her sister-in-law Cindy Clendenen (Corey).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Archie Sanders Memorial Chapel (485 IL-15, Wayne City, IL 62895). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Mary Lou's honor to the Thomason Cemetery.
