He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Webb and Lena Webb (Cluck); his son Gary Webb, Jr.; his siblings, James Webb, Johnny Webb, Charles Webb, Donald Webb, Ricky Webb, Robert Webb and Betty Thomas; his parents-in-law, Bert and Florence Seidel; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Seidel, Mary White and Evelyn Herreld.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Webb (Seidel); his children, Kathy Garrison (Jerry) of Wayne City and Karl Webb (Christina) of Wayne City; his grandchildren, Holli Collins (Eric), Kadie Steiner (Jonathan), Brandi Benson (Ethan), Dallas Garrison (Misty), Zachariah Webb (Christy), Emilee Garrison, Michelle Nguyen, Chelsea Nguyen, Cody Nguyen and Cory Nguyen; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Webb, Betty Webb, Robert Seidel (JoAnne), Richard Seidel, Paul Seidel (Phyllis) and June Irvin. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Gary's honor to Saint Lukes Center for Cancer Care.
