He is survived by: his wife Lynne Winders of Waverly; his children, Alison of Cedar Rapids, IA, Rachel of Waverly, Tara of Waverly and Tony (Brandy) of Alexis, IL; his siblings, James Winders (Jessica) of Springfield, Austin Lowe of Springfield, William Lowe (Ashley) of Springfield, Dawn Lowe of Bloomington and Teresa Anders (Doug) of Springfield; his uncle George Winders (Kim) of Springfield; his aunt Mary Anders of Springfield; his father William Lowe Sr. (Charlene); his nephew James Winders Jr.; and his close friend Ahmad Shephard of Springfield. He is also survived by several other Nieces and Nephews.
