He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Ruth Brenneman Lucassen and Henry Martin Lucassen; his sister Forestine Irene Lucassen Johnson; his brother-in-law Delbert Lisle Johnson; his wife Frona Louise Smith Lucassen; his foster son Mark Fitch; his daughter Dana Savage; and his son-in-law Ronald A. Pierce.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Lucassen (Annette) of Cameron, MO, Marie Duff of Springfield, IL, Mike Lucassen (Pam) of West Branch, IA, Lisa Pierce of Waverly, IL and Nita Lucassen (Damen Nelson) of McKinney, TX. He is also survived by 15 grandkids.
