He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Wilkin and Anna Mary Devlin Wilkin; and his brothers, Bob Wilkin, Jim Wilkin, Jack Wilkin and Bill Wilkin.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Harney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
