He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Rouland and Annis Samples Rouland; his wife Mary "Kay" Catherine Rawlings; and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Smith (Tony) of Nortonville and Tina Cloyd (Josh) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Mickenzey Edwards of Waverly, Laura White (Chris) of Waverly, Brittani King (Josh) of Waverly, Tyler Crow (Hannah Fields) of Woodson, Dustin "D. J." Smith (Samantha) of Nortonville, Khrysten Tipps (Chris) of Nortonville, Codey Smith of Nortonville, Jesse Cloyd of Springfield and Allyn Edwards (Natalie Bednar) of Girard; and his sister June Beets of Jacksonville. He is also survived by his wife and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
