He was predeceased by: his mother Leola Carter. He is survived by: his friends, Vernon and Richard; his wife Hilde Carter; his daughters, Devin Carter and Melissa Carter; and his grandson Devin Robinson. He is also survived by friends, family, fraternity brothers.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tolar-Westgate Funerals & Cremations (616 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085).
