He is survived by: his mother Candida Silva; his children, Erika J. Rivera, Xiomara M. Hernandez, William A. Rivera Jr., Dezire Ramos, Victor A. Ramirez-Perez Rivera, Junior M. Rivera, Alyssa A. Rivera and Nicolas A. Rivera; his siblings, Monica Marie Rivera and Celines Rivera; and his grandfather Francisco Silva. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins and many friends.
