With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Frank Shrofe of Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Shrofe and Vlasta Shrofe; his brother Leslie; his wife Patricia Skalla; his parents-in-law, Edward Skalla and Dorothy Skalla; and his brother-in-law Greg Skalla.
He is survived by: his son David Shrofe (Sheila); his grandchildren, Caitlin of Grayslake, Julia of Grayslake and Patrick Shrofe of Grayslake; his siblings-in-law, Carol Shrofe of Westchester, Mary Jo Loizzo (Gary) of Neenah, WI, Toni Skalla of Wildwood and Don Skalla of Williams Bay, WI; his nephew Mark Shrofe (Kim) of Westchester; his nieces, Debbie Russel (Jim) of Homer Glen and Nickie Riese (Josh) of Neenah, WI; and his great-nephews, Dean Shrofe and Lincoln Riese.
