He is survived by: his wife Lois (Matulenas); his grandchildren, Stephanie Rizov (Martin), Katie Holstine (Nick), Steve Drinka, Anthony Rygiel (Laura), Andrew Rygiel (Katharina), Zachery Rygiel (Lauren), Matthew Rygiel (Madeline), Danny Rygiel (Kim), Lindy Pasiewicz (Kyle Mills), Eric Pasiewicz (Rachel Nault), Torie Strawder (Nathan), Alex Pasiewicz and Michael Pasiewicz; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Eli, Camille, Nathan, Eddie, Paige, Chase, Penelope, Natalie, Jaxson, Michael and Carter; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Koncan (Leo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and more friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (450 Keller Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
