She is survived by: her husband Willie Coleman of Chicago, IL; her children, Jeffery Carl Mayfield, Jamiel Young of Chicago, IL, Yakeem Wright of Memphis, TN and Keasha Wright of Chicago, IL; her stepchildren, Willie Coleman Jr., Marcus Coleman and Liberty Coleman of Chicago, IL; her siblings, Clarence Blaze (Teri) of Atlanta, GA, Lester Blaze of Milwaukee, WI, William Mayfield of Waukegan, IL, Madeline Byars (Joe) of Zion, IL and Linda Vaughn of Gurnee, IL; her grandchildren, Zakari, Zakaria, Zahid, Zahida, Jihad, Ahmad Perkins, Tamia and Kyree Wright; and her cousin Kasia Crump (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
