He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie M. Turner and Willie Turner Sr.; and his siblings, Mark Turner, Christopher Turner, Larry Phifer, Doris Turner Braxton and Melanee'Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Turner; his children, Timothy Turner, Rosalind Turner, Denise Turner and Kierra Reynolds (Carlton); his grandchildren, Jayda, Amar, Deovion, Makyi, Janiyah, Malachai, Carlton Jr., Laiyah, Kyliegh and Kali; his stepmother Rhoda Turner; and his brothers, Donald Turner (Nell), Jerome Turner (Chejuan), Charles Howards (Pat), Samuel Turner, Willie Turner Jr. (Merdith) and Keith Turner. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tolar-Westgate Funerals & Cremations (616 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
