He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jamey Suidikas (Rick Applegate), Cyndel Sorenson (David) and Jared Suidikas; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Nicole, Dylan, Gabriel, Nicholas, Jadin, Arianna, Justyn and Freya; his sister Kym Harris; his nephew Michael; and his niece Amanda. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
