He is survived by: his children, Nita May of Lawrenceville, GA and Robert Jr. May (LaVita) of Snellville, GA; his siblings, Vivian Rowell of Gurnee, IL, Jackie May (Gloria) of Beach Park, IL and David May of Waukegan, IL; his grandchildren, Robert May III, Dominique Gadson, Raven May, D'Amani Gadson and Harlon May; his close friend Yvonne Matthews; and his grandson DeMarcus D. May.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradshaw & Range Funeral Home (2513 W Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
