He is survived by: his wife Samqueata Johnson-Smallwood; his children, Ricky Lee Smallwood Jr. (Ohio), Sierra Bodford (Ohio), Angie Fulgham and Djaun Farley (Illinois); his stepchildren, Kashanta Taylor, Niekeria Mclain, Darlanian Mclain and Syri Johnson of Illinois; his siblings, Veronica Cofield, Calvin Troy, Tommy Robert, Audra and Gwen Smallwood (Ohio); his granddaughter Delilah; and his niece Briana Smallwood.
