We bid farewell to Mark J. Brendemihl (Waukegan, Illinois), born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 18, 2025 at the age of 67. Mark touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Brendemihl and Loretta Nelson; his siblings, Brian Brendemihl, Leslie Duncan Nicholas, Shannon Nicolas and Debbie Brendemihl; his grandparents, Clarence Nelson and Alyce Kennedy; and his parents-in-law, Shirley Krause and Carl Krause.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Brendemihl; his children, Samantha Brendemihl (Ben), Markus Brendemihl, Abigal Brendemihl and Lukas Brendemihl; his granddaughter Hope Marie DeLeon; his siblings, Andrew "Andy" Brendemihl, Anthony "Tony" Brendemihl, Benjamin Nicholas, Geraldine Leinberger (Terry) and Christine Cambell; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Pederson (Brad), Sharon Wetherbee (Jeff) and Ken Breitenstein (Joanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (1310 N Frolic Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
