She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Garrett; her son Robert Garrett; and her granddaughter Lindsay Garrett. She is survived by: her children, Richard Garrett (Terri), Roseann Garrett, Randall Garrett (Debra) and Rebecca Garrett; and her brother James DeWitt (Celina). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 3 nephews.
