He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Starks (Linda) of Birmingham, AL, Demetrios Jones of Waukegan, IL, Carol Bell of North Chicago, IL, Gloria Horton (William) of San Diego, CA, Sandra Bell, Catherine Hill, Jennifer Beville (Lorenza) and Johanna Bradley of Waukegan, IL; his brother-in-law Paul McKnight of Waukegan, IL; and his brother Peter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
