He is survived by: his close friend Anna Marie Guzman; his daughter Destiny Spradlin; his siblings, Carl Howard Jr. (Diane) of Waukegan, Lester, Patricia Elliott of Waukegan, Edith Goodner (Charles) of Springfield Tennessee, Beverly Thomas of Waukegan, Angie Joyner and Chavone White of Waukegan; his grandsons, DJ Hernandez and Josaiah Cruz; and his friends, Kevin Stackhouse and Kenny Curry. He is also survived by niece's nephews and cousins.
