She is survived by: her children, Jerry Costa (Kelly) of Kenosha, WI, Toni Costa (Ryan Fielder) of Beach Park, IL and Margaret Bennett of Beach Park, IL; her grandsons, Ethan, John and Hudson Costa; her sister Janet Hoff (Kevin); her sister-in-law Judy Schoknecht; her in-laws, Mike, Mona Costa, Joe, Judy Costa and Karen Costa; her nieces and nephews, Cindy Smith (Jason), Lisa McLafferty (Paul), Christy Costa (Eric), Diane Hoff, Brian Hoff (Katie) and Peter Costa (Rina); and her godson Matthew Costa (Brittany).
