He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Burch; his children, Troy of Kenosha, WI and Tracey -Baldwin of Lindenhurst, IL; his grandchildren, Dominique Louis Cutrer and Devonte of Washington; and his sister Eleanor House of Louisiana. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
