She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Perez (Carmen Cruz) and Jose Perez; and her siblings-in-law, Everardo Gallegos and Estela Perez. She is survived by: her siblings, Evangelina Gallegos, Jesus Perez, Josefina Perez Cruz (Jose Mendoza), Jose Perez (Maria Teresa Gomez) and Benjamin Perez; and her children, Angel Fabian Farfan and Yadira Ochoa (Henry Ochoa).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home (305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (450 Keller Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085).
