It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Esperanza Garcia (Waukegan, Illinois), who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Esperanza may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Esperanza touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including mother and the heart of her family, she is survived by her nine children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of Waukegan (1521 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (508 Grand Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085).
