She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Howard and Emma Howard; her husband Raymond Murphy; and her brother Bob Howard. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ziccarelli, Ann Mitchell-Bantz (Jeff) and Lewie Mitchell (Lisa); her grandchildren, Deanna Wirth (Nick), Nicholas Sposito, Andrew Woods (Erica), Lauren Mitchell-Williams (Justin), Tyler Mitchell (Amanda), Louisa Mitchell and Gavin Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Jordan, Logan Yankunas, Simon, Janet, Wendy Mitchell, Max Mitchell-Williams and Riley Woods; her sister Mary Chang; and her caregivers, Sam of Brookside and Sara.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Congdon & Co Funeral Directors (3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt Olivet Memorial Park (1436 Kenosha Rd, Zion, IL 60099).
