She was predeceased by: her parents, Larkin Hall and Minnie Lee Hall; her siblings, Larkin Jr., Eugene Hall, Ida Kate Edward, Minnie Pearl Bledsoe and Lillie Cunningham; and her sister-in-law Pearlene Hall.
She is survived by: her son Derrick; her husband Deacon Harrison Thompson; her sons, Kevin Duane Thompson and Michael Keith Thompson (April); her stepson Harold Shelby Walker (Mary) of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Layla, Evie, Nastiashia, Shanteria, Leheystia, Teneshia, Breelynn, Elantae and Bryson; her siblings, Concettia Fort (Joe), Solomon Hall, Joseph Hall (Elvira), Harrold Hall (Linda), Willie Hall (Myra), Donald Hall, Jesse Hall and Milton Hall (Christine); her siblings-in-law, Edward D. Thompson (Fannie) of Mississippi and Shirley Green (Edward) of Mississippi; her father-in-law Deacon Joseph; her siblings-in-law, Jerry Thompson and Roxie Lee Thompson of Mississippi; and also Lillie V. Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Greater Faith Church (37768 N Green Bay Rd, Beach Park, IL 60087). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Warren Cemetery (1495 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
