He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eugene and Pearl Mills (Puckett); and his brothers, Morris "Gene" Mills and Ronald "Tony" Mills. He is survived by: his wife Anita Mills of Park City, IL; his children, Scott Mills of Pleasant Prairie, WI and Dawn Pickert of Slidell, LA; his grandchildren, Leah Mills, Gabriel Pickert, Isaiah Pickert and Eliana Pickert; and his sisters, Diane Rusche of Calhoun, MO and Kristine Powers of Clinton, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
