He was predeceased by: his wife Marigene Kennedy; his parents, Tilden Kennedy and Georgia Kennedy; and his siblings, Norma Anderson (Andy), Elizabeth Semken (Frank) and Deweese Bryant (Louise).
He is survived by: his children, Terri Grasty (Robert) and Chris Kennedy; his granddaughters, Sarah Grasty-Prueitt (Ben) and Jessica Grasty; his nieces and nephews, Susan Hoffman (Tyson), James Rickher (Hilary), Barbara Mondeik (Jeffrey) and Michael Rickher; his great-nieces, Sasha, Apolonia Arteaga and Aleksandra Rickher; his great-nephew CJ Rickher; and his friends, Fred, Dante, Heidi and Alex.
In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
