He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Hazel Lewis; and his brother Edward Lewis, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Lewis; his nephews, Edward Lewis (Caren) of Appleton, WI and Tyrone Lewis of Washington, DC; his niece Michal Lewis of Racine, WI; his cousin Tim Harris of Montana; and his sister Deborah Taylor of Gurnee, IL.
